Portmarnock Hotel and Golf Links, just north of Dublin is the ideal resort for golfers wishing to stay close to the city. The Links course on site has hosted championships and is a great test of links golf. The luxurious K Club, just south of Dublin, with two championship courses designed by Arnold Palmer, the original one having hosted the Ryder Cup in 2006 and The Irish Open in recent years.
