Rosslare is a classic traditional seaside loop layout, the greens true and the turf springy and ideal for the controlled iron shots that the course demands.   The  out and back links is reminiscent of many of the old style links courses. Rosslare is a very well maintained course with excellent turf, allowing fifty yard approach putts and very generous hitting areas. The clubhouse is traditional and welcoming and within walking distance of many fine accommodations.  ​
