Scotland Golf Trip

There are many trip highlights. Thank you for your perseverance in getting the trip to finally happen. The weather, was a welcome surprise - little or no rain, wore my rain pants for just 5 holes at Kingbarns. The wind made up for the lack of rain. We had blustery conditions  on three days, at Troon, Carnoustie and the Old course. The conditions at St Andrews were tough- the wind was blowing from the North, 10 degrees felt like 5. It’s the only round that I wore my oven mitts between shots. All in all, is was a good experience. My best round was at Muirfield - wind was calm, just a light drizzle on the last four holes and posted 78. The views at Kingsbarns were stunning. It reminded me of Pebble Beach….Thank you for all the meticulous planning. All the best Matt
